    And, on another note, why are the 'clean eaters' constantly told that labelling food clean/dirty or healthy/unhealthy is having an unhealthy (ha!) relationship with food and could lead to eating disorders, but then I see posts like this one:

    To me that could be construed as an unhealthy relationship to food as it is tied too much into your emotions. (And I'm not going to go there on that thread because I just don't feel like arguing it right now.)

    Exactly. And HE is the main person to badger "clean eaters". Me thinks he doth protest a tad too much. :smile:
