    This is a great group to be in. Ask any questions you want. I eat on the cruise plan most days even though I made it thru all 4 phases and am on maintenance.

    You are welcome - the main thing to remember on Dukan - no matter what you are "giving up" you will get to eat it again after phase iv, if not sooner in moderation on Phase 3 or 4!!
