First 5K

I along with my running partner ran our first 5k today. It was a first for both of us. It was so great! We came in at 38 minutes. We finished week 7 of c25k on Friday so we still have two more weeks of training, but I thought we did great for two old moms. Check one off the bucket list and come next spring when it gets nice again.....hitting those 5ks! I am so thankful I have running to my routines! I was so excited to get out there, do it, and finish!!
