Yea, my sister always complains that she doesn't loose weight but I try to tell her the only way is to actually try, she tells me it while she eats pizza?! So we are doing a half-marathon together I'm going to try and get her to work at it.

MarviaC Good luck with your sister. Keep us posted. I know it helps when we are an example. We can't change anybody but we can influence them if they are willing :-)
