Sorry, I have been lazy in checking in! How is everyone doing? Any good Pilates news to share?

Lately I have been struggling with my roll-ups! I have never had the body to do it naturally...but I once mastered it. Been reading up on it and realized that it is not just the strength of the abs - mine is strong - but also how flex your spine/back is. My back muscles have ceased up big time in the past month - sleepless night, muscle relaxants, you name it.

Have you experienced that too? If so, what did you do?
