Hello all. I joined this group today. I've never really participated in a group but have been using MFP with the Bodymedia armband for a while. I'm married, retired but husband is still in the workforce. I do most of the maintenance of our yard and garden. I also do most of the care of my husbands mother who is 89+ very fragile but is still living independently in her home 2 miles from us.
I lost 16 pounds last year but then knee problems kicked in and I gained 6 back. I've managed to work on it and now somewhat more active. So it is almost like starting over again. Hoping this group interaction will help keep me encouraged to loose 18# more.

Thanks Kathy for the welcome. I have added you as a friend. I read your profile and had to chuckle on the gas pumping. Do you have full service stations in Jersey? But I will say that most of the time my husband will fuel my car.
