First Mudder on Sunday!

Running my first Tough Mudder on Sunday! I've been training for it for 7 months. My biggest concern is being able to run fast enough for my group (10:30 mile). But, other than that, I feel strong...

Looking for any and all tips for race day :-)

    How fun! You will have a blast! Depending on which heat you are in, there can be bottleneck at certain obstacles so your team may not be able to keep the 10:30 pace and the slower people may catch up. I would make a plan ahead of time as to if you all are going to stay together or break off. At the last Spartan race I did, my team separated into groups based on our pace but I have always stayed as team for Tough Mudders. Tough Mudder is more about teamwork though and everyone is helping out one another. The obstacles are fun and all doable, just don't over think them. I was totally freaked out by the walk the plank so I stood on the platform for like 10 mins then finally jumped. The shock therapy really freaked me out too but its not that bad.
