Happy Tuesday!
Looking forward to your stories/struggles/successes . . .
I'm down a pound - feeling good and starting to get into routine with my new job and exercise. I've also added 5 minutes of a mini-circuit for every hour I'm at my desk (1 minute plank, 1 minute bicycle, 1 minute jump squats, 1 minute lunges, 1 minute push-ups) - it's surprisingly/depressingly hard but feels great to get the blood flowing and easy to see improvements (early last week I was at 16 push-ups - am now up to 30 isn - but on my knees).

Blam I'm too scared to get on the scales this week!!!!!
I know thats really silly and I should just face up to whatever it says but I just dont want to! Its TOTM - which always sees me eating more, the weather at night has just turned really cold - that makes me want to eat more, and my training levels have increased - thats made me more hungry..........lets just say that every night this week I've got home feeling like I could eat a horse and I havent been at all good about stopping myself from doing so
Love your circuit idea, I promise I will try and be more inspirational next week!0 -
No change for me.. but I'm back to logging my calories and going to the gym every night. I'm working hard to get back into my routine so that's something. Hopefully next week the scale will have some good news for me.0

lstarr - saw your loss today - that's awesome. Seems that you are back on track. Congratulations
gwangjujulie - you've been doing sooooo great . . . . don't let one bad week turn everything around; and I TOTALLY understand the not wanting to get on the scales this week feeling. That seems to be me every week these days. I'm always waiting for the right time, the right this , the right that and finding excuses why it's not this week.
I'm getting into some good new routines - exercising is better and my food is slowly getting better. My intake of fruits and veg is terrible!
My goal this week is to eat at least two servings of each, each day - maybe that will curb my appetite for other stuff.0
