Nutritional Settings

I just joined myfitnesspal, and have a THM Q. about the nutritional settings. Maybe it's just cause I hate for it to be at the bottom of my diary saying that i went over, but are there specific settings that should be on a Trim Healthy Mama's food diary page? I'm pregnant, so one thing I did was up my protein setting. That makes the only thing I've gone over is in the fat department (should be 55, I was 84 today). Is that one that I should be watching? And carbs is something to watch for E meals, correct?
