Perfect walking weather

Wow, we couldn't ask for more perfect weather for taking a nice autumn walk. Walking is so nice and simple...pull on your walking clothes and shoes, drink your water, and walk out the door. Sometimes it's nice to listen to a book on CD or on your electronic device, or just music. Sometimes it's nice to just be still and observe the beauty around you and inside of you. Or sometimes you are blessed to have a friend to walk with. However you do it, walking is the ultimate lifelong exercise.
