    I've had my share of struggles at times, but for the most part I'm LC/Keto. I'd love to find more like-minded friends.

    Keto-ing since end of October, here. I think it has done me and my neuro-disease (MS) well. Almost a 40 pound loss on this WOE so far, and I *feel* better. Win-win!
