You’re in for a treat. Please join members of the Glacial Ridge Health System Employee Wellness Committee on a fall hike through Glacial Lakes State Park. Enjoy the fresh air and fall colors while getting your cardio workout for the day.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 26TH @ 9:00AM
Meet at Glacial Lakes State Park in the parking lots next to the trail entrance.
Family Members & Friends are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to attend and it doesn’t matter if you’re a novice hiker or an expert. We want you to join in on the fun! Appropriate clothing, sturdy hiking shoes or boots and a water bottle are key items to a successful hike.
