Hello my name is Tosha. I can not wait to get started! I am so excited. I plan to start within the next week or so. I am glad that I found this group.

    Hi Tosha, did you start? I just started today! I"m signed up for a 5k on Dec. 14th, it wont be quite enough time to finish the program, but I'm still going for it. Hope your first day wasn't as rough as mine!

    Great job starting, Bunni! The first day can be the hardest of the program.
