Crossfit is an evil cult. Even worse than that Tom Cruise Spaceship & Volcano Cult.
Crossfitters should be arrested, imprisoned, their property confiscated, and their children sent to orphanages or overseas sweatshops.
...Only then will the injury rate from crossfit come down to acceptable levels.
