Any other nursing moms?

I'm somewhat new to the idea of Eat More to Weigh Less - but it makes perfect sense to me.

I'm 39 years old, 5'6" 150 ish pounds and still nursing my 8 month old daughter. I've just returned to the gym and hired a trainer. She did a bodyfat test and I'm 32% bodyfat!! Yikes!! How depressing. Before I got pregnant I was around 22% I've lost 25 pounds of the 40 I gained during pregnancy. I'm aware that some women's bodies hang on to a bit of extra fat until the baby is weaned - but I'm trying to do everything I can to help it along.

Anyone else nursing or BTDT? Should I be adding nursing calories to my cut? Any tips to start mobilizing these maternal fat stores? Any success stories? I'm trying really hard not to be discouraged. Before pregnancy I was in super duper shape. I tried to exercise throughout pregnancy (but had some restrictions) and didn't go crazy with the food. Eight months after my daughter was born I still can't zip up my pants!!! Don't get me wrong - I'm so grateful that my daughter is happy and healthy - I just want her momma to be the same!
