We would start on december 1st. There is another 12 day of christmas too. It starts on the 18th so we would have a break before the next 12 days of christmas. I'll post the second 12 days of christmas later to see what u think. I just thought maybe it would help us all keep working out and not gain during the holidays :P

Awesome! I love it! Thanks so much for posting the ideas. I love it when members help out like this :-) Thanks so much ladies for sticking with me. It really helps me to stay focused when I have others like yourselves posting and showing success. I'm in to do both of these challenges. We'll already have a head start for the dreaded "New Years Resolutions" to be made!

Also, sorry you had to deal with that situation. It can be really frustrating to have to help a situation like that!

Alrighty everyone, new week, new challenge!! So.....Since next week we are going to basically be starting the 1st 12 days of Christmas Challenge I'd like this week to be a free for all for strength aside from Cardio

Remember 2 days on, 1 day off

30 min of Cardio (of your choice)
15 min of Calisthenics (sit ups, push ups, basically anything you can do with your body or with weights)

On daily check in just make sure to be specific about what you do for Calisthenics when you enter if you did the challenge or not!

    Good luck everyone!

I'm so excited for you that your hubby is coming back from serving! I have ridiculous amounts of respect for the armed forces! I'm looking forward to this month too! I promised myself I'd be down 25 lbs by Christmas, so here it goes!!

Yeah, hes the reason I started. I told him when he left I was going to. He told me I didn't have to, he loved me the way I was, but he would support me either way. He's such a sweet man and thats y I wanted to get back to being small and looking better than I ever have even better than high school. :) So cant wait!

So, I am worried I have been doing the challenge wrong. So we just do today? Or is it exactly like the song that by day twelve we are doing all twelve exercises?

Well for day 1-3 I said I completed the challenge, but those should all technically be "no" now. But for the rest of the days I will be sure to get ALL the days in needed :)
