I'm so excited for you that your hubby is coming back from serving! I have ridiculous amounts of respect for the armed forces! I'm looking forward to this month too! I promised myself I'd be down 25 lbs by Christmas, so here it goes!!

Yeah, hes the reason I started. I told him when he left I was going to. He told me I didn't have to, he loved me the way I was, but he would support me either way. He's such a sweet man and thats y I wanted to get back to being small and looking better than I ever have even better than high school. :) So cant wait!

So, I am worried I have been doing the challenge wrong. So we just do today? Or is it exactly like the song that by day twelve we are doing all twelve exercises?

Well for day 1-3 I said I completed the challenge, but those should all technically be "no" now. But for the rest of the days I will be sure to get ALL the days in needed :)

Welp, there are a few days before this next challenge starts. I figure that I might start posting "high energy" and "moderate energy" challenges too that way there will be options.

    Moderate:
    30 min cardio
    100 crunches (of your choice)

High energy: will be the last Holiday challenge
    Dec 18th 100 pushups
    Dec 19th 100 walking lunges
    Dec 20th 100 crunches
    Dec 21st 300 jumping jacks
Dec 22nd 100 bicep curl (each arm)
    Dec 23rd 100 tricep dips
Dec 24th 20 laps of stairs (20 stairs or more for a lap). If you dont have stairs like i dont use a something to step up on and rotate legs. Thats what I will be doing. :)
Dec 25th is an off day cuz its xmas and i know everyone will be busy cooking and having a good time with the family and friends. :)
    Dec 26th 50 Burpees
    Dec 27th 100 squats
Dec 28th wall sits with 100 over head press ( use whatever dumbbell weights u have)
    Dec 29th 100 box jumps
Dec 30th go for a 1 hour walk or run ( ill be walking with my little gremlin, gizmo :P
Dec 31st enjoy your last day of 2013 and dont drink too much. Too much cals in those drinks! :P

Let's ring in the new year with some awesome losses!!

    NEW CHALLENGE

    week starting 1/10/14

I'm not sure if everyone has a stationary bike or access to one, but if you do:

30 minute stationary bike, 3 days during the week

(I'm doing an 8 week weight loss program that comes standard with me, each minutes it has a different resistance and speed) If anyone wants me to post the resistance and speed min by min I can do that after I do the work out (I can just write it while I bike)

For those of you with no access to a bike/stationary bike 30 min cardio 3 days (or more) this week
