Christmas / My Ultimate Target is 154 lbs (11 stones exactly)
This weeks objective was 'Don't Gain'. Just managed to stay on 164 lbs despite a very naughty alcoholic night. My downfall is lack of control of eating if I down a few drams. Unfortunately binge drinking with friends is the social norm nowadays and once I've had a couple of large Whiskys, my control goes out the window. Any tips welcome, apart from the obvious.0 -
Maintained my weight at 144 this week. Pretty okay with that, as tracking and even my workouts suffered for a number of reasons. So close to the 5lbs for the month, so this is the time to bring it back in0

I found out that the gym near my house is only $2 for students, so I have been using an elliptical pretty much every day, and really enjoying it! Yoga is going well, and Ive cut out beer and wine which seems to be making a big differenceI feel like Im really committing to a new lifestyle, which is exciting!

That's such an awesome price! I've been sick with the flu for a week now and getting back to yoga and the gym starting tomorrow! I miss my yoga!0
