Have you all studied the Nutrition Guide and the 5 Day Fast Track that came with your T25 program?

Weight loss is mostly about nutrition (70-80%), so having your eating plan in place is critical to success. I posted about Michi's Ladder before. That is on the Beachbody site - anyone can access that with a FREE account (see link below). Replacing one food a day (even 1 a week) on Michi's Ladder is a step to eating better. You probably all count calories and log them in on MFP, but not all calories are equal. 100 calories of pretzels is not the same as 100 calories of quinoa or sweet potato.

If you bought T25 from Beachbody, you should already have a coach assigned to you. Log in to your Beachbody page (you had to set one up to order) and you should see them up in the left corner of the screen. Hopefully he/she has already contacted you to help you meet your goals and answer your questions.
