Thoughts/Suggestions on Exercise (Atkins Diet)

Hi there!
I'm reentering the Atkins lifestyle and wanted to know what you guys thought about exercise? I lost about 30 pounds in (3 months with no legitimate exercise) in 2010 while on Atkins. I'm interested in knowing your experiences with exercising and if you think it's necessary and/or helpful with weight loss. Share your thoughts!

    I have no experience, but I'm on day 5 of Atkins and doing Brazil Butt lift :)

    Exercise is necessary for health no matter what your weight. While losing it is mandatory. You need cardio and at least 2 times a week weight training to maintain lean body mass and lose fat. If you don't, you'll lose muscle along with fat. Your body will not look toned, and you will be able to eat less on maintenance.
