Was reading this and thought might be useful for some of you:
http://www.pcosdiva.com/2012/03/go-gluten-free-for-pcos-part-1/
I'm not completely gluten free myself, and I don't think I'm celiac, but since I have stopped having periods due to a few years of low calorie and low fat diet, cutting out gluten might help with missed periods.
I have also red on reddit keto that some women got their periods back after going high fat low carb, hopefully it would happen to me too..

I have been doing Low Carb for about 5 months and in Aug I started to take it serious, this is when I started to get my periods back as I have PCOS as well. I also started taking Vitex and Vitamin B comples, and D3 5000 IU. This is helping me I think....But I have had AF 3 times since Aug! When I wasnt having them for 3-6 months at a time!0
