Painful wrist

I think I've discovered a new medical condition. I'm calling it cheese grater's wrist. It came on after I started to grate huge quantities of cheese for this lovely lchf diet. lol

I think I'll have to treat myself to a mechanical device as I love grated cheese and for the first time in my life I can eat it without worry or guilt lol.

  • In this case, the pain is worth it.

Treat yourself to some baked cheese crisps. :)

Put the shredding attachment into your food processor (if you don't have one, get one....think of all the riced cauliflower!) and go to town! Shred it all when you get home from the grocery and store it in bags yourself. Yay!

Great tip, I'm going to have to remember to do that too

Today I bought a food processor and grated a huge block of cheese. What's a baked cheese crisp? Sounds lovely.

Don't use a Mandolin Slicer. That d@mn$d machine will try to slice off your hands every chance it can get.

I need to get a food processor. I have a hand mixer and a magic bullet. Time to add another appliance to the kitchen :)
