    haha, false advertising.

Got another night of good sleep (2nd day in a row of getting 8hrs--not uninterrupted, but that's okay) and I'm feeling much better. Still have lots of yuck to cough up, but feeling better little-by-little.

Family is about to go out for an afternoon walk, as we usually do on the weekends. There will, no doubt, be some tot-carrying. She keeps getting bigger & heavier, so hopefully I am getting a little stronger in return.

    Have a sweet Saturday everyone!

I traveled Monday through Thursday for a conference for work, and with the exception of being able to squeeze in 20 minutes on the elliptical one morning didn't have time to work out (the hotel gym was only open 6am-7pm which I thought was lame), but I did walk over 67000 steps during those 4 days, which is impressive considering how much time I spent sitting in the conference or on an airplane.

Took yesterday off from work so was able to get in with my trainer for an hour full-body session. Feeling that this morning.

Today's workout is a run. Not sure how long, but aiming for 4 or 5 miles.

This morning DH surprised me by wanting to join in a fitness walk. He and Buddy (6 mo old yellow lab) walked the first 30 minutes with me and I continued on alone for an additional 16 minutes. It felt so good outdoors.

Donna, glad you got in some flexibility today.

Laura, WTG on getting in that many steps while away on a work conference. Your determination to exercise where it fit in is to be admired.

Tim, rest days are good and Sunday is mine. Let's all look forward to a "reset" on our fitness for next week.
