Week 3 must be the week of old cravings

Did good my first 2 weeks! No cravings at all, barely huungry. Even lost 10lbs!! Then week 3 started. All I want is a big buttery piece of crusty garlic bread & some chocolate.... Hope this passes very very soon!!!!!!

I think it will pass if you push through. Frankly, I can never cheat with wheat even when I'm not Whole30.0

Eat some butter, then (well, ghee, if you're doing Whole30 proper). There was a thread on here a few months back, where people realized that the bread was simply a vehicle for delivering butter.0 -
