Kettlercise

So I've just started attending Kettlercise classes and love them. http://www.kettlercise.com/
I enjoy using a Kettlebell for strength training but these classes are also pretty good cardio workouts.
I was wondering if anyone else does these classes and if so how do you track the exercises?
Thanks

I never hear of Kettlercise before. I went on their website. Looks cool. I don't understand why separate videos for men and women? But I take group kettlebell classes and I just count it as cardio in the tracker.0

Thanks - I think I'll just stick it in as cardio and wear my HRM one night to see how many calories I burn.0

It looks like a BodyPump class with a 8kg kettlebell. I don't do it, and am not a fan of what I saw in the promo video.
I'm guessing people track that as cardio, or perhaps circuit training.0 -
Initial reaction: Kettlebell training wasn't broken and doesn't need to be fixed.
They're using pretty light kettlebells. My kettlebell class has a 70 year old woman, and even she uses kettlebells heavier than those. My wife uses between 26 and 35 lb kettlebells. Personally, the only thing I use kettlebells that light for is to hook around my feet when I'm doing abdominal exercises.0 -
I don't attend these classes but I attend two kettlebell classes a week and have a Kettlercise DVD which I do at home in between.
I just add my kettlebell workouts as cardio and used this calorie calculator to work out roughly how many calories I burned off: http://www.acaloriecalculator.com/calories-burned-calculator/
Just put in your weight and search "kettlebell" in the exercises.
Hope that helps!0 -

That's what I would like to know, why do they have separate workouts for men and women? I'd be a rebel and do the mens0
