This morning I had and egg white sandwich, with ham, tomato, guacamole and part skim mozzarella.
So so good! I want another one but I don't need it.

Yum. I want one of those now. That sounds beyond good.

Today I had a special k breakfast sandwich (my new favorite!) as I rushed out the door! Did'nt have time for anything else, but it was enough :)

I had salad for breakfast yesterday… Well, salad and coffee. Today was raisin bran and a banana.

Thought of oatmeal, but overslept this morning. Instead: 1 egg fried in pam, 1 slice low fat american cheese, two slices Rose brand canadian bacon on 1/2 hamburger bun.
    Jealous!
  • Last day of breakfast challange.. Hopefully not the last day of breakfast for all the non bk eaters!

I had a chicken breast... I didn't really want it but I knew I had to eat... I made up for it by having a smoothie and a bagel for lunch :)

I like the week long challenges it keep us thinking and I came to a few conclusions... I need an extra 20 minutes in my morning and I need to buy some easy breakfast foods cause PB sandwiches and half a chicken breast are not gonna do it!

I hear ya Holly! Easy breakfast chioces can make your life so much easier. you should try the special k breakfast sandwiches in the freezer aisle, I just tried them last week and fell in love with how easy and quick they are for the morning! Also very tasty and low calorie :) So, again that's what I had for breakfast today along with a greek yogurt w/ toasted almonds. Everyone did great with this challenge! Hopefully these habits for eating breakfast will stick with us! On to the next challenge......
