Week 2 Weigh In & Challenge 3

Hi everyone,

Great job on getting the core and stability exercises in. Tomorrow will be our week 2 weigh-in.

Challenge 3 - 5 Days of Cardio
Cardio is such an important part of staying healthy. So this week strive for a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio for 5 days this week.

Cardio Ideas:
Take your dog on a walk, Swimming, Running, Biking, Aerobics (Step, Water, Low-Impact)
