Stepped on the Dr's scale today, it read 293 Lbs. First time I have seen a sub 300 Lb reading for over 20+ years. Good luck to everyone here in your efforts to lose the weight. It can be done, even if I never thought I would see it myself.

I recently had this happen a week ago saturday...stepped on a gym at 296...been 6 years since I was that low! Was amazing...I left them and will never be back in them!!0
