I will be doing planks today.. I will try for 8 2 minute planks
one an hour.
1st one done 7:15

Just started my 9 am! 100 jumping jacks...woohoo!!!0

9:20 3 2 minute planks so far.. What better exercise than jumping jacks. I will do some tonite.0

9:30 - 30 squats!0

My legs are feeling the squats today,, aauuuuch they are sore..lol and in top of that I run 5miles. But im on it today. I will go for so abs and arms.0

9am - running around becuase life is stupid
10am- 30 squats, 10 lunges on each side with a twist.0 -
10:30 - step ups onto a chair for a minute, then side twists for a minute.0

At 9am (22 minutes from now) I will be doing a wall sit for 1 minute).
At 10 am I will be doing a one minute plank.
At 2pm I will do 30 wall pushups (thumbs and forefingers together).

Does anyone have good instructions for the ones you are doing?
Please don't assume they are common knowledge and EVERYONE knows how to do them.
i don't know how to properly do most of what I am seeing posted.
And I don't want to do damage to myself by doing something incorrectly.

First office workout done - 5 min cardio warmup followed by 5 min of light calisthenics (wheel, mummy kicks, standing crunches, side lunges)0

Training all morning, very busy.
I hid in the restroom and did 20 squats and 20 trunk twists. More later!0 -

Smart! I gotta make sure i do this in my calendar as well.
11am - 30 pushups, 15 lunge pulses each side, 30 round kicks 40 front kicks, 50 punches. (jab/cross, cross/hook/cross)0 -
10Min bike, 20 triceps 20 desk push up, 10 lunges in each side.0

11:30 - 10 lunges each leg 10 squats0 -
12pm: 100 jumping jacks, 10 jumping (insanity crunch jump thing.....idk what it's called) jump up and bring your knees up and slap, 15 squats, 15 jumping squats.0

I managed a 3 minute stationary bike ride. Other than that, I've been running errands all day, more driving than walking, unfortunately.

I don't know if any of you have ever done Turbo Fire, but my 5 min cardio warmup is usually the warmup from the cardio TF workouts, which takes just about 5 min and gets my heart pumping.0 -
