Hi, my name is Mary and I am looking for support from women my age that understand the difficulty of losing after 50. I did Weight Watchers years ago and lost 30 pounds but slowly regained,then tried it online with limited success but am tired of the monthly fee. MFP seems like the place to be. Going through the big M and it is kicking my butt. Time to kick back.
