I start on Monday - I have been lifting for 3 months with a trainer and now ready to start my own program.0

Ive done 3 full cycles of 5/3/1 (started end of August) training for my first meet November 30th.0

I'm doing 5/3/1, but it's at 4am before I'm capable of rational thought. My trainer does the thinking, I just pick things up and put them down :laugh: So... although I know he's using the 5/3/1 program, and I have a basic idea of what that means, I'm not really *that* involved in the planning, etc and probably not a huge help for questions unless I pass them on to the trainer for you. I've seen HUGE strength gains from it though, love it!0
