1 can pumpkin puree (just pumpkin not the pie filling)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
mix together and bake according to directions
top with sugar free whip cream once cooled completely.
can add 1 chopped heath bar to the top for garnish really yummy and moist
