Cardio day

Hey all,

I don't know about you but I'm not crazy about the cardio DVDs esp phase 1 prob cause they're so damn hard lol. Does anyone skip the DVD and do cardio on their own? Jogging or eliptical or whatever?? Are you still getting good results?

    I hate the cardio. I have been doing the couch to 5k 3 times a week and skipping the cardio. I didn't like it in Phase 1 and I still don't like it in Phase 2. My results are excellent. Have been losing pounds and inches!!

    When I can I skip the cardio DVD and jog instead. Still seeing good results since I burn more jogging rather than doing the DVD anyway.

    I've decided to skip the cardio. I would much rather be doing a spin class or running.

    I haven't been doing them, I do elliptical and C25K or hike instead. I get tired of it being Jillian every day :)
