So, after successfully losing the bulk of my weight, I'm looking to lose the last few lbs, about 7 to be precise, though if i lose 3 - 4 % Body Fat I am not overly bothered about the scales. Atkins has had some bad press but from what I've seen on the site just seems to be controlling carbs? Oh and I tried their Daybreak Chocolate Crisp bar - yum.

So I'm contemplating giving it a go, I put my details in and it suggested I go straight to phase 3 but it's not too clear what this entails. I don't know how many carbs I can eat, and what is off limits etc... Also is alcohol completely off limits?

Any advice is greatly appreciated - thanks!
