I'm Walter and I'm from the Midwest. I've gained weight since I got out of high school... Finally doing something about it. According to my last physical, almost a month ago, I weighed 260 pounds. I decided that enough was enough. I felt and looked terrible so I joined a gym and started eating better. My goal weight is 200 lbs and when I get to that weight I'll reevaluate my goal and set new ones. I've been on reddit for over a year and I have lurked on r/keto for about 6 months. I started about a 2 weeks ago and along with exercise I am starting to see a difference. Love this app and from reading these post I know I'm in the right place. Feel free to add me I love having the motivation and sharing progress with more people.
