New girl here

Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Katie. I just started Venus this week. I did my first workout today. I'm not able to do full push ups and my arms gave out at around 7 dips. I am wondering if I should keep on workout 1 until I an better able to do the exercises or push on and see how it goes. I would love any advice since I am just starting out.

    My advice would be to continue on with the other workouts. You'll be able to see an improvement from one week to the next.

    Be sure to focus on your form. Lift the heaviest weight possible (again, focusing on form). Beginning with push ups on your knees instead of toes is always an option. Dips are a bit tricky since you're relying on your body weight and not able to reduce the weight you're 'lifting'.

    You'll be doing regular push-ups and dips before you know it.
