CoQ10

The nurse where I work told me I should be taking CoQ10. I looked it up and it said it can improve thyroid function. Has anyone tried it?

I haven't tried it, and am wondering too about the responses. I also wonder how it works for those of us like me who have no thyroid function to start with.

I was put on CoQ10 when I started Crestor for my cholesterol. For some reason my body screws up my liver functions when I go on cholesterol meds. The CoQ10 works with the Crestor to help that. As far as thyroid...do not know. My endo knows I am taking but she has never commented on. Would be interesting to hear comments.
