Feeling stronger yet? Able to modify less this week?
I'm actually on week 5 this week. Got Total Body in yesterday (plus 40 minutes of weights at the Y) and did Ab Intervals today (might throw in some P90x Ab Ripper to sweeten the mix too).

That's quite the combination...I was thinking about throwing some ab ripper x into my routine maybe for at least twice a week since I'm still in Alpha (Not sure how much more intense Beta is going to be). Anyways, I'm on my third week and I noticed quite the change from the first week. I actually didn't modify but I had to still take breaks after doing total body circuit....that **** is hard!0

I'm getting my Double Day done today. Tomorrow after stats I need to make up for not getting in my Alpha Cardio from yesterday (but walking in the rain for trick or treating with the kids counts for a little something ).0
