At 3.8g carbs would you say these were ok to have the odd 1 every now and again?

Personally, I would avoid them until I had a good solid month or so into induction (or out of induction completely). You would literally have to eat just one or two since its 3.8g per cracker thing.
That's just my opinion but I don't stick to Atkins to a T. If you find yourself eating them and then craving more, I would just not buy them and stop eating one every so often or if you notice a gain or stall. The first round of Atkins I did buy bread that was 5 or 6 net carbs per slice when I was a few months in. I would eat one slice with the lowest sugar content PB I could find. I didn't notice any difference with losing, but I didn't buy it too often since its hard for me to stop with just one slice.0 -

If you had 8 carbs for these crackers, how are you going to get in ample foundation vegetables. I wouldn't eat these on induction which is when you want to get rid of cravings for this type product.0
