Carbquik on Induction

Can I have carbquick recipes on Induction. I have been on Induction for a month and want to know it this will slow my journey. Trying to add more variety to my diet. Please help.

    I don't see it on the Induction food list so no but after a month you could move to OWL where you can add things according to the carb ladder (carbquick is round 10). You are keeping the carb cravings going with this stuff.
