Running 3 days in a row?

I finished Week 4 on Monday and am moving onto Week 5 today. My question is would it be a bad idea to run the whole week in 3 days? I usually have some rest days in between but I'm going to have a pretty busy weekend and I'm worried I won't run. I'm also still sore in my back from my crazy crossfit workout on Monday so I'm going to make sure that doesn't act up and if it does I'll stop so I don't hurt myself. Anyways.. What is everyone's thoughts on not taking rest days if you are busy?
