I'm eating more, but how big of a problem are m&ms?

So, I'm a heavy lifter. I gym-it about 2 hours a day, 6 days a week (alternating muscle groups). Lately, I'm snacking on those damn m&ms like, well candy! It might be the holiday or it might that I'm not eating enough. What do you think? Here are some basic stats:
5'9
150lbs
1570 calories
Since I'm still looking to lose a couple more pounds, I usually stay at or slightly over count; thereby eating at a deficit. My protein/carb/fat ratio is 40-30-30. I don't seem to be gaining any weight. In fact, I have been told to "stop losing weight" or "don't lose any more weight". The training burns so much.
How bad am I defeating myself? Suggestions?

Have you done the work to figure out your TDEE and BMR? Is your calorie intake net or gross?0

M&Ms are not a problem!! If you're a heavy lifter, working out 2 hours a day 6 days a week, you've earned some M&Ms , 1570 calories is very low! At your height and weight , fat lose would be a be what I would go for instead of pounds loss. I would eat at TDEE, your weight would stay the same (TDEE calculated correctly) but with your lifting routine, you would definitely burn fat and lose inches.
That's my 2 cents!0
