Newbie in GA, 46 yrs(f), need support, motivation! FRiends!

Hi anyone in GA on here wanting support and motivation like me? Im trying to lose 20-25 lbs and starting during the holidays is rough! lol.
I did this last year but fell off the wagon. I would like to do some out door activities with friends but Im doing PX90 at home and or Turbo Jam. Im very out of shape, I was in great shape 4 years ago but had some back issues and my life turned upside down. Looking at turning it up right! Wish me luck!

Not in GA but no doubt you will get there. Can be a slow process but very worth it.0
