Hey. Tomorrow is November 1. And today I fell off the wagon, there are excuses but at the end of the day I cannot blame anyone or anything but myself... last night I had a work function, I had dinner before I went out but after the event we went to the local pub for refreshments. Again I was good, I ordered fresh lime and soda, which I enjoy so no biggy. But then the platter came out, it was put in the centre of our table. Again I was fairly good and only took a few things... getting home late and going to work today has seen me dead tired this afternoon I packed a salad for lunch and my snacks and ate my way through them as I normally do but I was just too tired to even think about the gym... instead I came straight home and the eating began.... I had a coffee, then I had 2 of my homemade oat bickies, then I had a sandwich... then I started posting about this and my partner sent me to town to get a lotto ticket, so I gave into my wanting of a chocolate bar... came home drank some milk and ate some more ham on bread... I feel bad, but I know I will get past it... I don't like to make excuses but fatigue, that time of the month, and not being able to physically make it to the gym has definitely paid its toll on my plan today!!!

    Some days are good and some days are bad, but as long as you get up and keep pushing forward, that's all that matters. Good luck! :)

    Time of the month, and Halloween = CHOCOLATE! We're in the same boat so I feel your pain, haha.
    Chin up and we'll both be on course tomorrow, and for the whole of November.

    Oh I agree! Being tired, TOM and missing a workout is what my triggers are too! But in about 25 minutes November 1st officially starts!! WE GOT THIS!!!!!!

  • Is it ok if I start when I wake up? Midnight passed and I have eaten too much sugar tonight. That is my trigger that does me in I usually better avoid.
  • I did not binge tonight I just cried a lot. Feeling overwhelmed.. I'm going to give all my burden to God to handle. He is my provider
