    Week 1:
    - I ate a ton of ice cream and a bit of cereal, but I went to the store yesterday and got the good kind :)
    - Met daily macros
    - Started taking potassium supplements but it upset my digestion and affected my running so this one will go on pause till after marathon training.

    - Lost a pound and a half
    - Over net weekly goal by 101 calories
    - Ate 4 fish meals!
    - Ate Subway
    - Did yoga once

    - Have not started weight training and might put that on hold as well until after marathon training is over

    More food!!
