I am:
- curious about IIFYM in actual application.
- somebody who currently believes that certain foods are "unhealthy" and
therefore off limits, but who has a nagging little voice in their head saying there is a better way.
November 2013 Challenge
Major Goals:
1) to eat chocolate every day in November.
On days when for some unforeseen reason, I cannot get chocolate,
I will have at least one moderate serving of one or more of the following:
- Bryer's - All natural ice cream
- Cheeto's
- French Fries
- Fried Chicken Wings
- Pizza
2) In addition to the chocolate, I will fulfill my macro/micro/fiber goals by incorporating the following:
- Chicken breast / Fish
- Variety of green salads
- Kale Green Drink
3) to lose 2-4 lbs during the month.
I am getting close to goal and want as painless as possible transition into maintenance.
4) Weight train faithfully on Mon, Weds and Fridays .
Either Brazil Butt Lift Scupt or 6 week body fat makeover routine
Minor goals: (copied over from Brainy Burro, because they are awesome)
5) to help demolish the silly myths by orthorexics and food shamers.
6) to show that you can still enjoy foods you like while losing weight.
Will also periodically post my progress, random musings and dire questions.
