Just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate this Challenge Group. You have been doing this a long time and it remains motivational.

Thank you so much for putting all this together and continually spending so much time and effort to help us all.

I just saw this ladies and I just wanted to say that you all keep me on the right track. I left for a couple months last year and totally fell off the wagon. I need all of you to keep my journey in the right direction.

I do feel that I am doing the same thing over and over again and think we need to spice it up a little. Do you have any suggestions.

I did an online 30 day challenge by Mr Shutup and Train and he had a variety of challenges on there. Some were quite intense and time consuming, but others were simple or nutrition challenges
    For example
Mon - eat nothing from a wrapper and drink half your body weight in ounces of water ( ie 180 pounds is 90 ounces of water)
Tues - do 20- 30 min of cardio and eat nothing white ( no white flour, white rice, dairy, sugar)
Wed - do 50 jumping jacks, 40 toe touches, 30 crunches, 20 squats and 10 side planks
Thurs - 30 min of cardio, 40 reverse crunches, 40 crunches. half your body weight in ounces of water
Fri- go out and be active ( ride a bike, hike, go bowling etc)
    Sun- rest

Also had do 10 squats every hour your awake, do 20 lunges ( 10 each leg) every hour your awake. Go paleo for a day , etc etc etc.
Basicallly the same types of exercises you have been giving us just add nutrition challenges as well.
    Hope this helps

PS thanks so much for all your work
