My trainer recommended I not do the squat challenge yet. She doesn't think I'm ready for it. I'll do them but will do them using the bench (at the gym) or my coffee table at home. I like to call them cheating squats. I'll try to keep up with the numbers that way but won't officially be part of the challenge. I won't bother you guys with my comment on it every day since I'm doing something different.0 -
