day 1 check in

here in Australia its already November 1st, so I thought I'd start the check in! ( I hope nobody minds)

Did I log EVERYTHING I ate? Yes, and weighed the food too, just to make sure
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I exercised for 170 minutes (divided into 2 sessions, it didn't seem that much)
Did I stay under my calorie goal? Yes, and my stomach growled all day!
