Pumpkin Butter Cake (As modified from Paula Deen.)
Cake
1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1 egg
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese (This is the only change, lol)
1 cup (245g) canned pumpkin
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 lightly beaten
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3/4 cups (390 g) confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, egg and butter on low speed until combined. Press into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray.
In a another large bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add the butter, eggs, egg whites and vanilla; beat on low until combined. Add the confectioners' sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with additional confectioners' sugar if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
This is not what mine looks like, but in an ideal world...
280g of nutella
62g of flour
6TB of egg whites (102g, I think. /shrug)
28g semi sweet chocolate chips, just cause.
Stir first three. Pour into cupcake molds/mini bundt cake molds/pan/your mouth
sprinkle chips on top.
Bake at 350 for 20 ish minutes
Enjoy how sexy your mini bundt cake pan makes things.

Easy Homemade Chocolate Poptarts
Ingredients:
•2 prepared pie crusts
•2 dark chocolate bars (Pic used Lindt with a hint of Sea Salt)
Step 1. Break the chocolate into 2-square pieces. Place three pieces of chocolate on one half of the pie crust.
Step 2. Place the second half of pie crust over the top of the chocolate. Use a pizza cutter or crimped-edge knife to slice around the chocolate, leaving a 1/4″ space around each edge of the chocolate. Crimp the edges with a fork and transfer to a baking sheet.
Step 3. Bake poptarts in an oven preheated to 425 degrees for 9-11 minutes, or just until the edges are golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack. Melt the extra pieces of chocolate in a small ziploc bag, snip off the corner of the bag, and drizzle over the poptarts. Serve with ice cream, of course.
